Software Patents Presentation Made at Freedom to Innovate South Africa (FTISA) Conference

In January 2007, PUBPAT's Executive Director, Daniel Ravicher, spoke at the conference held by Freedom to Innovate South Africa (FTISA) in Pretoria on software patents. Ravicher presented objective data regarding the U.S. software patent situation, discussed current U.S. patent reform movements and highlighted the ways U.S. law impacts South Africans.
